Order Processing

Your plant order will be dispatched within 15 days, subject to plant availability. If you require expedited delivery, please leave us a message, and we can upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.

Due to a higher-than-average order volume, especially during promotions, there might be some delays in processing. We appreciate your patience, and rest assured, we will ship your order as swiftly as possible.

Each product is hand-packed with utmost care to ensure its safe arrival. Your plants will be securely packaged in sturdy boxes, and most will be shipped bare-root for their protection.

Upon unboxing, you might notice some loose soil. Once you receive your plant, please remove it from the packaging promptly and follow the care instructions. Water as needed, ensuring the soil is completely dry before watering again. Succulents are resilient and, with proper care, can bounce back quickly.

Shipping in Summer

We value your order and want to ensure that your plants are delivered under the best conditions possible. However, we would like to remind you that if you reside in an area affected by extreme heatwaves, high temperatures can potentially cause severe damage to your plants.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that you plan your shipment for when the weather is suitable. If you believe that the current weather is not conducive to the transportation of succulent plants, you can email us at [email protected] to contact us for a delay or rescheduling of your shipment. This will help ensure that your plants are not exposed to prolonged high temperatures, which can lead to rot and plant loss.

Once your package is delivered, please make sure to retrieve your plants immediately. Do not leave the package in direct sunlight for more than an hour to prevent overheating. Please be aware that extreme weather conditions can pose potential risks to the health of your plants.

We cannot control the weather, so the risk associated with your order is your responsibility. Shipping in Winter

We offer plant shipping year-round, but if you reside in a cold weather region, we want to remind you that it is your responsibility to purchase heating packs to protect your plants. While heating packs cannot guarantee complete frost protection, they are effective in reducing the likelihood of damage to your plants from cold weather.

In your order, we will include an appropriate number of heating packs to ensure that your plants can maintain the right temperature during transit. Please note that the proper use of heating packs is crucial for the well-being of your plants.

Once your package is delivered, please make sure to retrieve your plants immediately. Do not leave the package in direct sunlight for more than an hour to prevent overheating. Please understand that extreme weather conditions can pose potential risks to the health of your plants, but we will do our best to provide adequate protection.

We only ship beautiful, healthy plants! Please track your package and open it immediately upon arrival. If you are not satisfied with your package upon receipt, please contact us right away. Fragile plants may experience some breakage or leaf loss during transit. If your plant arrives severely damaged, contact us for a replacement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Covered under our Quality Guarantee:

  • Rootless plants
  • Root rot
  • Diseases
  • Stem breakage
  • Pest infestation (mealybugs, aphids, scale, etc.)
  • Significant leaf damage or loss
  • Incorrect or missing plants or products
  • Visible damage to pots, containers, or other accessories

Not covered under our Quality Guarantee:

  • Dry or wilted bottom leaves (natural in all plants; can be easily removed without harm to the plant)
  • Potting soil on leaves (easily washed off during the first watering)
  • A few damaged, missing, or wilted leaves as long as 10 or more healthy leaves remain intact
  • Minor variations in color/shape from the photos in the product listing (many succulents change color/shape continuously)
  • Cold damage to packaging without a heating pack
  • Various products different from the product photos (e.g., assortments and trays where the selection is our choice)

Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than their pots due to availability or time of year. This is a survival mechanism to help succulents conserve energy during cold winters and prepare for warmer days ahead.

How do you ship the plants?

Your plants will be carefully packaged and placed in sturdy boxes for transportation. In most cases, we transport plants with bare roots to ensure their safety. Please be aware that when you open the package, there may be some loose soil inside the box.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If your plants arrive damaged or deceased, we would be more than happy to offer replacements or resend the items. Please contact us immediately within one week of receiving the plants. When requesting a replacement or resend, kindly provide photos of the damaged plants so that we can document the issue and process your request.

Please email us at [email protected] and include at least one photo of the affected plants for our reference. We will respond to your email within 2 business days, striving to meet your needs.

Do you have any guarantee on the plants?

Our company boasts a top-notch team that provides comprehensive services from order confirmation to after-sales support. This includes precise order confirmation, professional plant preparation and drying, efficient logistics and delivery, as well as attentive after-sales assistance.

You can easily place your order on our website. Please note that due to the nature of plants, they require 5-7 days for drying and an additional 5-8 days for shipping. Your plants will be delivered to your doorstep by a reputable international logistics company. If you have special requirements, such as urgent plant inventory during the wholesale season, please contact us promptly, and we will provide expedited logistics solutions for you. If you choose to place an order during a holiday, rest assured that we will make suitable arrangements and ensure prompt order processing and delivery as soon as the holiday period concludes.
